Sexton Offroad Return Policy
At Sexton Offroad, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items, such as custom orders, special-order parts, electrical components, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
Return Process
Email us at sales@sextonoffroad.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return authorization and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Sexton Offroad cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
