ICON's 2.5 VS Series Remote Reservoir CDCV Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit will add a new level of performance and adjustability to 2005-2024 F-250 and F-350 pickup trucks. The advantage of utilizing a coilover conversion kit is that they have been designed to increase the overall damping ability of the vehicle while at the same time allowing for user-defined ride height adjustment. The 2.5" Remote Reservoir Coilover featured in these kits is based off of ICON’s 2.5 VS Series shock line - meaning that features like ICON engineered coil springs, FK Rod End bearings, and vehicle-specific valving come standard. Quality machined components and a fully serviceable design make for a product that will stand the test of time, yet retain the ability to be rebuilt or re-valved as necessary. ICON’s CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valve option adds to the adjustability of these coilover conversion kits, allowing the end-user to adjust the ride characteristics of the vehicle with the turn of a knob.

• 2005-2019 Super Duty diesel models will have front lift height range of 2.5-3" over stock
• 2020-2022 Super Duty diesel models without Tremor package will have front lift height range of 3.25-3.75" over stock
• 2020-2022 Super Duty diesel models equipped with Tremor package will have front lift height range of 2.25-2.75" over stock
• 2023-2024 Super Duty diesel models without Tremor package will have front lift height range of 2.5-3" over stock
• 2023-2024 Super Duty diesel models equipped with Tremor package will have front lift height range of 1.5-2" over stock
• 2023-2024 Super Duty gas models without Tremor package will have front lift height range of 3-3.5" over stock
• 2023-2024 Super Duty gas models equipped with Tremor package will have front lift height range of 2-2.5" over stock
• 2005-2016 F-250s require 4” rear blocks with 15” U-bolt kit to sit level with 2.5” lifted front. ICON block kit part # 194275 and U-bolt kit part # 37003 (2005-2010 models) or part # 67003 (2011-2016 models) are recommended.
• Brake line kit (Part # 61111) is optional for end users with 2017-2024 models who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or are looking for a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for complete install)
• If installing with ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, reservoir doubler kit part number 611003 is also required
• Due to tight clearances and varying placement of vehicle’s wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, installer must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing/damage to wire harness. If adequate clearance cannot be achieved, please contact ICON Customer Service.
