ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024 Toyota Tacoma suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. The Stage 1 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring internal reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. These coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25-3” of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The combination of front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind. Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear. • APPLICATION NOTE #55: Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• APPLICATION NOTE #85: Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle. Increasing weight of vehicle due to accessories will alter lift range.
• APPLICATION NOTE #169: 4WD models require front differential drop part # 55160
• ICON Delta Joint Pro front upper control arms are recommended to maintain proper wheel alignment above 2" of lift
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0-1" of rear lift over stock
• This kit is configured for fitment on 4WD models. If installing onto a 2WD 2024 Toyota Tacoma SR, SR5, or TRD Sport, front differential drop kit part number 55160 is not needed and the other suspension system components can be ordered individually with full system functionality. 2WD specific kits are coming soon!
